- My name is Melissa and I LOVE dwarf hamsters!!! My hamster Timbit and I thank you for visiting our new blog! ABOUT TIMBIT: Timbit is a female dwarf hamster I bought on July 20, 2008. Her fur colour is a light brown with a white belly. She LOVES to sleep, eat, groom, and get her belly rubbed.I named her Timbit because she looked looked one when I got her. (If you don't already know this, "Timbits" are like doughnut holes from Tim Hortons. I LOVE Timbits!)
